Cat Adoption Form

Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat from Another Chance Animal Welfare League (ACAWL). ACAWL wants to make sure that every adopted animal goes to a loving home that will meet its specific needs for the rest of its life. Because of this, we ask you to submit an adoption application and agree to a home visit by one of our representatives. The application asks a number of detailed questions which are necessary for our screening process. The home visit is conducted by an ACAWL representative to ensure the future safety and well-being of the cat as well as to evaluate the health and well-being of any other animals currently living in your home. The information we gather during this process is presented to our adoption committee who in turn will choose the home they feel is the best fit for the animal to be adopted. This process is used to ensure a positive adoption experience for both you and the cat.
